At the Market This Week   

Below are the vendors who will be at the market on Saturday along with a sampling of what they will be bringing with them. Join us for breakfast and shopping!  

Byrnside Orchard - Mixed Leaf Lettuce, Kale, Mustard,Turnip Greens, Turnips, Red Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes. Apples Golden Supreme, Arkansas Black. Honey 2015 Crop - One/Two/Three Pound Jars and Honey Sticks.

DreamCatcher Farm - Lamb available! Also, grass-fed, grass-finished, chemical free beef, pork and eggs. KY Bison Co bison. Ground bison, top sirloin steaks, hot dogs, and flank steaks.

Duck, Duck, Beet - Pak Choi Kimchi, Homemade Sauerkraut, Garlic Butter, Dill Pickles, Pickled Okra, Deli Hot Peppers, Pepper Glaze, Medicinal Bone Broth, Homemade Applesauce & Homemade Beer Mustard, Radish Top Pesto. HOT FOOD: Pumpkin Pancakes with candied pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, orange zest;  Broccoli and Rice Soup; Medicinal Bone Broth

Facing West Farm - Kale, carrots, baby bok choi, beets, salad mix, arugula, radishes, collards, parsley, green onions.

Field Day Family Farm - Rutabaga, salad mix, spinach, beets, chard, kale, turnips, watermelon radishes, french breakfast radishes, daikon radishes, Chinese cabbage, bok choy, ginger, and black beans! CSA sign up available.  

Full Heart Farm - Featuring bourbon balls, peppermint bark, and modjeskas this weekend! A variety of home baked goods! Introducing a new flavor of granola: Maple Apple Raisin Pecan. Also, Chambord Pears return for the season along with Green Tomato Relish. Various jellies including Apple butter and Curried Apple chutney that are great with fall squash. Various granola and a variety of delicious breads including pumpkin. Single serve cookies and an oatmeal cookie with pistachios, pepitas, cranberry, flax and chia seeds. 

Groce Family Farm - Salad greens, turnips, radishes, acorn squash, and a restocked, full suite of pastured pork

Gypsy Ridge - Will return to the market when the maple syrup starts to flow! 

Highland Coffee - Coffee, chai, and baked goods

Jackson's Produce - Red and green tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, apples, asian pears, gourds, broccoli, cauliflower, romanesco

Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese - Will return December 19th.

We will have a bit of Winterberry holly this week.  We'll have most of it bunched in various sizes.  Will also bring some smaller pieces which can be used to decorate other greenery items...  See you there.
