Facing West Farm

Todd and Megan of Facing West Farm have been growing food for some time. Recently, they moved from the rolling hills and quiet farmhouse of Campbellsburg back into Louisville. They wanted to raise their kids closer to family and shorten the commute to various markets. 

Currently, they farm on a section of Wild Carrot Farm that Ken Hubsch has generously let them use despite some free range, tomato-loving chickens. The amazing thing is that even on reduced acreage they have managed to keep up production to nearly the level as previous years with several acres. Ample skills and experience have prepared them to do such that. Todd previously worked for Ivor at Field Day Family Farm and earned his masters in Horticulture. He strives to create a positive impact on the environment surrounding his farm and all of his on-farm practices reflect that.
